I have no idea where this classic breakfast casserole started, but it seems the people at Jimmy Dean® Sausage have laid claim to it. You can experiment with the ingredients to your liking; adding diced onions, peppers, even different cheeses that you might have on hand.

2 c. milk
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
2 slices dry bread, crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
