"Sweet Sparkly Snowmen Ornaments"

I came up with the idea for these snowmen after needing to create a little more sparkle for our Christmas tree...and it turns out they have just the right amount of sparkle!

All you need is some 22 and 26 gauge wire, 3 different sized glass beads, white seed beads and festive ribbons for hanging.

Curl the end of your 8 inches of 22 gauge wire and string one large, medium and small bead onto the wire. Create a loop at the top and wrap tightly. Trim excess wire and add the ribbon through the loop and tie off.

For the mittens, string seed beads onto the 26 gauge wire (about 5 inches of beads should do for 2 mittens). Start with three seed beads and tie them into a loop make one more loop around the three and then take 4 seed beads and make a separate loop to the side to make the thumb and tie off. Repeat on the same wire for the other mitten and wrap so that the wire ends are hidden in the middle of the two mittens.

Take your mittens and wrap them between the large and medium glass bead on your snowman and you have a sweet and sparkly snowman!

All of these items can be found at your local craft store.
