This recipe is easy and cheap! My family loves this as well as my 3 children (ages 2, 4, and 6).  I serve this with corn and broccoli. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 can of biscuits
1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 c. barbeque sauce, use your favorite
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large saucepan mix cooked ground beef and barbeque sauce and simmer to a boil. Place biscuits in a muffin tin and push up the sides, forming a cup.

Spoon beef mixture in uncooked biscuit cups and bake until biscuits are done, approximately 10 minutes. The last 3 minutes sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
