Here's a recipe I grew up with in Southern California, I didn't see it listed so I thought I'd pass it on. It's a meal kids love!

3 cans Hormel chili
1 large bag frozen French fries or tater tots
2 cups shredded cheese, sharp cheddar
Cook chili as directed on can. Bake or fry French fries or tots, as directed on package. When done, put 1/2 a cup of fries into each serving bowl (more or less, depending on each individual). Pour hot chili over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Makes about 4-6 servings.
