Ramen Veggie Soup

My boys love this and it is packed with veggies!

Ingredients:

1/4-1 pound of meat or any left over poultry (ground or cubed)
1 bag frozen Chinese veggies
2 packages of Oriental Ramen Soup
3 c. water

Directions:

Cook meat of choice until done then add frozen veggies along with 3 cups of water and cook until veggies are warm or soft as desired. Add Ramen soup noodles with seasoning packets and cook for a few minutes longer until noodles are done. Enjoy!

I like to serve this soup with warm rolls and a fortune cookie.
