Pinecone Centerpiece

Submitted by Mary Erin Campbell of Ankara, Turkey

Pinecone Centerpiece

Fall is a time when leaves and pinecones can be found anywhere, so why not create a beautiful centerpiece with a fun, simple craft?

Supplies: Pinecones, vase, paint (your choice of colors), and paintbrush.

Steps:

1. Paint the pinecones...

Paint your pinecones any color you want. It could have a color scheme, or you might just want random colors... it's all up to you! Wait for the paint to dry.

2. Decorate...

Put your pinecones in the empty, transparent vase and place in the middle of the table or anywhere that you would like to decorate.

Note: the pinecones don't even have to be painted, some are just pretty as they are. :)  Also, adding fall leaves and berry stems to the vase is pretty.
