Although we are generally anti-credit, we've found that by using cash for all of our bills, we are missing out on a big source of savings. Cash Back Rewards.

New programs are starting up all the time and current ones are constantly changing.

After searching for the best program to fit our needs, my husband and I each subscribed to a card. We leave the card at home so as not to succumb to impulse buys, but we use the card to buy the line items in our budget: groceries, gas for the car, and our utility bills, which may be paid by credit card.

Last year, we earned almost $1000 in cash back!
