Pumpkins abound in the grocery store and around Halloween those lovely little sugar pumpkins go on sale, cheap.

Cut the top off (keep it) and remove the seeds from the inside. Just like carving a pumpkin. Stuff the pumpkin with your favorite family meatloaf recipe and put the top back on it. Bake on a cookie sheet in your 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. To serve: remove the top and cut slices like a cake!
