Homemade Christmas Decorations: CDs

Holiday CD candles

"Holiday CD Candles"

How to make easy and inexpensive candle decorations for any holiday.

First, take an old CD or one from the free displays at the stores. Put a small piece of cardboard on the bottom of the center hole (to keep wax from the candle running down). Then simply round up odds and ends of sequins, beads, snowflakes, trees or whatever and glue them around the CD. Even glitter would add to its beauty.

Add a votive candle to the center of the CD and there you have a pretty decoration for any holiday. They would also make nice gifts.
